We’re looking for a Chapter Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML systems. You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape engineering strategy, and deliver production-grade GenAI applications that align with CommSec’s business goals.

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions (preferably on AWS).
• Lead development of interactive GenAI applications (e.g., chat-style or agent-based tools).
• Guide multi-agent orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models in production.
• Implement monitoring and observability tools to ensure model performance and safety.
• Drive research and innovation in GenAI and Agentic AI systems.
