We are seeking an AI Leader to take on the role of Chapter Lead - AI (m/f/d), leading our company’s efforts in leveraging artificial intelligence to revolutionize the food delivery industry. You will be responsible for spearheading the development, implementation, and execution of our AI strategies, driving innovation, scalability, and long-term growth.

BASE QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field with a strong background in machine learning is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience working in AI-related roles, including hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or in managing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to effectively convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful AI project delivery, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Familiarity with ethical and responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, privacy protection, and algorithmic transparency.

You will guide a talented team of AI professionals, shaping the development, implementation, and execution of our AI strategy.
