  • You have knowledge that spans both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration/engineering, and DevOps toolchains.

TECH SKILLS

  • Leadership & Delivery: Proven experience leading high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams that thrive on innovation, collaboration, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • CMS Expertise: Deep understanding of CMS platforms and services, with a track record of driving complex, full-cycle software engineering solutions across enterprise content ecosystems (essential).
  • Customer Data Platform: Experience in Real Time Customer Data Platform like AEP or Salesforce etc (Desirable)
  • Backend Engineering: Strong background in backend development using .NET and/or Java, with expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design (essential).
  • Cloud Native Development: Experience building and deploying applications in AWS , leveraging cloud-native services and infrastructure (essential) .
  • DevSecOps Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead with a DevSecOps approach, embedding security and automation throughout the development lifecycle (e.g. SonarQube, Snyk, GitHub Actions).
  • CI/CD & Automation: Skilled in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • Infrastructure as Code & Monitoring: Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, and experienced with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch to ensure system reliability and observability.
