Business Banking (BB) offers a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers. We also take care of our personal and institutional online trading customers.
The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product, and Portfolio Management, Commercial Cards, Cash Channel Strategy, Payment Acceptance Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.
Join the Business Deposit Product Squad and be responsible for the product proposition, pricing, acquisition, and in life management of the CommBank Business Deposit products. In addition, work directly with our distribution teams across the Business Bank to support our bankers and deliver on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Customer: deep customer obsession and expert knowledge on product user experience
  • Data: understand critical data points and drive key product insights
  • Industry: subject matter expert within the Deposit and Transactions domain, competitor landscape, and technology trends
  • Business: strong financial leadership and deep subject experience of the legal and regulatory environment including risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
