As a key player in our mainframe DevOps teams in the Developer Experience Tribe, you will guide a talented team of mainframe professionals dedicated to improving the mainframe developer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical team.
• Deep knowledge of mainframe systems; system programming expertise is not required.
• A history of working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

• Develop and enhance our mainframe tools, ensuring a seamless development experience akin to modern cloud environments.
• Leverage modern tools, processes and platform thinking with mainframe development.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive innovative solutions and optimize mainframe functionalities.
• Act as the HR leader for the mainframe chapter, managing team dynamics and fostering professional growth.
