Responsibilities
  • Lead the Modernisation Chapter to drive transformation, while uplifting risk maturity and embedding sustainable technology risk practices across delivery teams.
  • Identify appropriate application and implementation of controls and control methodologies to support the business achieve better risk and compliance outcomes.
  • Providing guidance and advice to senior leaders on their services and risk profiles to enable balanced decisioning that holds the customer outcome front and foremost.
  • Lead a proactive and progressive risk and control culture, collaborating with stakeholders and aligning to strategic outcomes and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the Technology CCO, our partners and business stakeholders to strengthen the end-to-end control environment, removing waste in process and increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support decisioning on control improvement opportunities using data to focus and prioritise activities.
  • Provide ongoing education to new and tech leaders and teams for current and changing risk and control practices as they evolve.
  • Support the Retail Technology CCO team to achieve outcomes as required and support our CIO teams as needed.
