Description

We are searching for a Chapter Lead Search & Website with a Marketing Architect background to join our Marketing team. This position includes managing a team responsible for website traffic and analysis, while leading the design of a future-proof marketing architecture that supports scalable campaigns and ensures brand consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor SEO and SEA specialists, focusing on deepening expertise in search strategy, campaign execution, and conversion optimization.
  • Create structures (rituals, playbooks, internal trainings) for exchanging learnings, best practices, and case studies across the chapter and with other squads.
  • Continuously monitor developments in search technology, generative AI, and ad platforms, translating these into actionable insights and upskilling opportunities for the chapter.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager of the Demand Capture squad (where SEO and SEA specialists will be part of) and the Product Manager of Demand Creation (responsible for awareness and marketing calendar) to ensure alignment of search activities across the customer journey.
  • Design and evolve a robust marketing technology stack, integrating marketing automation, CRM, CMS, analytics, and data management tools.
  • Create and enforce standards, processes, and best practices for smooth data flow, system interoperability, and campaign efficiency.
  • Remove technical and operational barriers to enable marketing teams.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging marketing technologies to future-proof infrastructure.
  • Drive automation to increase agility and reduce manual workload.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and compliance with privacy and security regulations.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies, roadmap planning, and strategic discussions shaping long-term marketing capabilities.
