Description
As a Chapter Lead, you have the personal management responsibility for employees of a large chapter with a heterogeneous skill portfolio OR of a very large chapter with a homogeneous skill portfolio, whose employees usually perform operational, largely standardized tasks, which may also include special and coordination tasks. You are responsible for the technical/skill-related and personnel development of the chapter with comprehensive policy-making authority, including the provision of applications, systems and services You are responsible for a needs-based resource management in consultation with customers including resource steering and prioritization as well as for the utilization of the chapter incl. You have completed a degree with a focus on Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Economics or a comparable qualification and already have many years of professional experience in the Product Analytics environment environment. You will also have the following knowledge and skills: Extensive experience in data analytics and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Over 10 years of experience in Product Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results Close collaboration with executives, especially CTIOs, CPOs, and CMOs to align data strategies with business goals. Enhancing product development cycles through predictive analytics and real-time data insights. Long years of experience in the cascading of strategies Many years of experience in networking and collaboration within the company, within the Group and/or externally Excellent knowledge of budget and cost management Excellent knowledge of resource allocation as well as trend scouting and skill management
