The Opportunity
Join Resolution Life’s Customer Area as part of the Superannuation and Investment Administration Team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless support to customers and financial advisers. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you manage administrative functions that are essential to maintaining financial products. Your daily responsibilities will include processing requests with efficiency, resolving inquiries and complaints, liaising with key internal stakeholders, and ensuring service standards are met. With direct connections to advisers, finance teams, product administrators, and tech support, you’ll contribute to enhancing operations and risk management.
In this role, collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely within a team committed to maintaining high service standards. You’ll continuously expand your knowledge of systems and financial products while adhering to privacy principles and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you’ll provide input on system enhancements and operational improvements that directly impact team efficiency. Your ability to support decision-making, contribute to process changes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships will be vital in ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
