Your mission Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion Le poste est à pourvoir au sein des Opérations Pierre Fabre, sur le périmètre de l’External Manufacturing; Cette division pilote l’ensemble des sous-traitants Medical Care et Dermo Cosmétique du groupe. Il fournit près de 150 Millions d’unités par an approvisionnés auprès de 65 spus-traitants et sur 600 références de produits finis. Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe dynamique et engagée dont l’activité est en pleine croissance. Cette mission sera éventuellement renouvelable jusqu'à 18 mois. Le Chargé Planning et Approvisionnement sera rattaché à la Responsable Planning et Approvisionnement de l’External Manufacturing Vos capacités d’apprentissage, d’analyse, de prise de recul et d’agilité et seront des atouts pour votre prise de poste. Vous aurez en charge le pilotage et l’exécution d’une partie du portefeuille de nos sous-traitants. Anglais courant requis. Vos principales missions seront : Assurer le suivi opérationnel d'un portefeuille de produits alloués à différents sous-traitants ( 80% de la mission ) pour les branches Dermo Cosmétique et Médical Care afin d'assurer le service client attendu. Piloter la performance des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs de composants afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs groupe et l’exécution des modalités contractuelles en termes de délai et coûts. Contribuer à améliorer la compétitivité court et long terme de Pierre Fabre en optimisant les flux et le pilotage de nos stocks via des interfaces et outils facilitant les échanges et analyses de données. Piloter la démarche d’amélioration auprès de ses sous-traitants en assurant le pilotage et le suivi des plans d'action en cours et assurer le pilotage de projets interne Supply ( 20% de la mission) Who you are ? Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs Des déplacement nécessaires et réguliers sont à prévoir chez les sous-traitants essentiellement basés en Europe ( environ 20% du temps) afin d'assurer un pilotage adapté de la performance ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des flux Un anglais courant est indispensable pour le poste. Formation Initiale : Formation bac + 5 (ingénieur, école de commerce, Master en Logistique/ Supply Chain ou Commerce International,…) Expérience : Expérience dans le domaine logistique et/ou industriel est requise . Responsibilities

Manage the operational tracking of a product portfolio across various subcontractors for Dermo-Cosmetics and Medical Care branches. Drive subcontractor performance and lead internal supply projects to optimize flows and stock management.
