Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven, ambitious Account Executive to accelerate Sadie’s market expansion. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and cold calling to following up and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in both driving revenue and developing the skills of our sales associate. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid of the phone, and has a natural ability to build rapport and close business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Cold Outreach: Call and connect with a high volume of businesses daily (lists provided) to introduce them to Sadie and qualify leads
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up diligently via phone, email, or other channels to move prospects through the funnel
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present the Sadie value proposition, tailor messaging to the business type, and overcome objections
  • Pipeline Management: Track all interactions and progress using CRM tools to ensure follow-up and pipeline accuracy
  • Closing Deals: Own the full sales cycle and consistently close new business
  • Feedback: Look Share learnings and objections from the field to improve scripts, pitch materials, and product positioning
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and sales targets
  • Player Coach: This is a player-coach role where you’ll drive your own sales pipeline while also mentoring and supporting the growth of a junior sales associateWhat You Bring
  • 5+ years in a B2B sales role, with full-cycle responsibilities (cold outreach)
  • 3+ years’ experience in Saas or the hospitality industry
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills - able to think on your feet and handle objections with confidence
  • Highly organized, persistent, and goal-driven
  • Experience using a CRM to manage leads and opportunities
  • A genuine interest in technology and Al products
  • Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or service-based businesses is a plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Demonstrates a commitment to consistent, high-quality work and attention to detail in every stage of the sales process
  • Strong desire to use data to improve workflows and actively collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging, targeting, and the overall funnel through data-backed feedback
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, a must
