Intégrer des sachants issus des équipes opérationnelles sur l'ensemble des étapes des projets et travailler en pleine collaboration avec eux. - Créer de la dynamique en interne SCPS autour de ces projets afin de s'assurer de l'adhésion et l'appropriation des équipes opérationnelles.
