Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un chargé de projets sénior pour une entreprise dans le domaine de l’assurance. Notre client est situé à Montréal.
Description des tâches et responsabilités – Chargé de projets sénior

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

  • Réaliser toutes les activités de gestion de projet des mandats confiés, incluant ceux liés à des objectifs stratégiques corporatifs, des livrables à haute visibilité et un niveau de complexité élevé nécessitant du leadership et un bon sens politique;
  • Contribuer à l’organisation des équipes de livraison, assurer le respect des orientations et aider les parties prenantes à se concentrer sur les priorités à forte valeur d’affaires, incluant parfois la gestion de fournisseurs externes;
  • Gérer plusieurs équipes ou de grandes équipes dans des projets majeurs à haute visibilité;
  • Adapter sa livraison à des contextes multimodaux (équipes agiles, transformation Lean-Agile, fournisseurs externes ou intégrateurs, ou approche traditionnelle) avec une forte capacité d’adaptation et d’enthousiasme;
  • Organiser, synchroniser et animer les événements de planification, de suivi et de rétroaction impliquant plusieurs niveaux de gestion, secteurs, sites, fournisseurs et ressources internes/externes;
  • Respecter les standards du gestionnaire de programme et/ou les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet chez le client, et promouvoir les pratiques des Centres d’excellence (CoE) auprès des partenaires internes, gestionnaires et scrum masters;
  • Aider les équipes à gérer les risques, enjeux et obstacles, les anticiper et élaborer les plans d’action nécessaires;
  • Partager régulièrement les rapports d’avancement (hypothèses, valeur livrée, échéanciers, coûts, qualité, risques, défis, obstacles, progression, atteinte des objectifs et bénéfices) avec une perspective consolidée et des solutions harmonisées;
  • Établir les estimations de ressources et de coûts, incluant les experts et les spécialistes en gestion du changement;
  • Collaborer étroitement et communiquer régulièrement avec les partenaires internes, gestionnaires, scrum masters, analystes de performance et gestionnaires de portefeuille TI / gestionnaire de programme;
  • Exercer un leadership pour rallier les équipes à une vision commune et des objectifs partagés;
  • Superviser la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration de projets de développement logiciel et/ou de transformation numérique, en assurant des solutions sécurisées, évolutives et conformes;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, fournisseurs et parties prenantes pour définir les exigences, gérer les attentes et livrer une valeur d’affaires incrémentale à chaque PI;
  • Respecter les standards du PMO et les pratiques des CoE, en fournissant des rapports transparents sur l’avancement, les coûts, les risques et les bénéfices.

Exigences du poste – Chargé de projets sénior

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, administration des affaires ou formation équivalente;
  • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience (S : huit (8) ans) comme gestionnaire de projet en TI;
  • Leadership transformationnel : expérience démontrée dans des projets de transformation ou à l’échelle de l’entreprise, avec capacité à structurer et mobiliser dans des contextes incertains;
  • Alignement des parties prenantes : capacité à rallier des intervenants divers autour d’une vision commune, gérer les attentes et favoriser la collaboration entre équipes d’affaires et techniques;
  • Compétences en négociation, gestion de conflits et leadership reconnu;
  • Compétences analytiques et esprit critique orienté vers les solutions et l’amélioration continue;
  • Connaissance et expérience des outils de planification et de suivi;
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais oral et écrit;
  • Connaissance du français oral et écrit considérée comme un atout;
  • Maîtrise du métier, reconnu(e) comme leader positif(ve), réalisations concluantes, engagement envers le développement professionnel, compétences et volonté de coacher des collègues moins expérimentés;
  • Bonne compréhension de l’architecture Salesforce, Experience Cloud, CRM et des intégrations MuleSoft (atout);
  • Familiarité avec le secteur de l’assurance ou des services financiers (atout);
  • Certifications à avoir : PMI-ACP et Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) ou plus (P : SAFe® RTE ou PMP).

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Senior project manager for a company in the insurance sector. Our client is located in Montréal.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Carry out all the project management activities of the mandates entrusted to him/her. Including those with regular corporate strategic objectives, major high-visibility deliveries and a level of complexity requiring increased leadership and a good sense of politics;
  • Contribute to the organization of the delivery teams required to achieve the set objectives, ensure compliance with the agreed upon directions and help stakeholders stay focused on high business value priorities, which sometimes includes the management of service agreements with external suppliers. The responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include the management of several teams or large teams on major projects with high visibility by the company’s senior management;
  • Adapt his/her delivery to implementation contexts that are often multimodal (i.e. with agile teams or in Lean-Agile transformation, with or without external suppliers or integrators, or sometimes partly in a more traditional way). Distinguished by an ability to adapt to various situations and display strong enthusiasm.);
  • Organize, synchronize and facilitate planning, follow-up and feedback events. Involving several levels of management, sectors, sites, suppliers as well as internal and external resources;
  • Adhere to the standards of the Program Manager and/or Project Management best practices and lead the teams to apply the practices encouraged by the Centres of Excellence (CoE). by promoting them to internal partners, fellow managers and scrum masters.);
  • Contribute and help teams to manage risks, issues and obstacles impacting deliveries, anticipating them proactively, and build action plans required to facilitate the implementation;
  • Share overall progress reports regularly and transparently (assumptions, value delivered, deadlines, costs, quality, risks, challenges, major obstacles, progress and achievement of objectives and benefits) by proposing a consolidated perspective and harmonized solutions demonstrating a mastery of the trade as well as a sense of urgency when appropriate;
  • Establish resource and cost estimates including the contribution of experts and those in change management, when required;
  • Work in close collaboration and ensure good communication regularly with internal partners, managers, scrum masters, performance analysts and IT Portfolio Managers / Program Manager in his/her sector;
  • In the context of mandates involving one or more large teams,) Exercise leadership to rally teams to a common vision and shared goals;
  • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of software development and/or other digital transformation projects, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to help define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver incremental business value after each PI;
  • Adhere to aPMO standards and CoE practices, providing transparent reporting on progress, costs, risks, and benefits.

Mandatory Skills – Senior project manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or any other relevant training at the same level;
  • Minimum experience of five (5) years (S: eight (8) years) as project manager in information technology;
  • Transformational Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading transformational or enterprise-wide projects, particularly those involving phases of ambiguity or evolving requirements. Ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum in uncertain contexts;
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, manage expectations, and foster collaboration across business and technical teams;
  • Possess strong negotiation and conflict management skills and proven leadership;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking oriented towards solutions and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of a planning and tracking tool;
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of conversational and written French is considered an asset;
