DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Contrôle Qualité dévoué(e) et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de superviser les processus d’assurance qualité au sein de notre organisation, en veillant à ce que nos produits répondent aux plus hauts standards de qualité et de performance. Vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de test et collaborerez avec divers départements pour améliorer la fiabilité des produits et la satisfaction client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes within our organization, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will implement testing strategies and collaborate with various departments to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in quality assurance management or in a similar role, ideally in the fiberglass industry.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a diploma, field experience will be considered.
• Experience managing complex, high-value technical products.
• Strong command of Lean, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis, with a track record in process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward quality objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset.

• Actively participate in the process of monitoring, identifying/resolving issues, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality performance indicators (KPIs) related to finished pools and molds.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes while meeting production goals.
• Manage the control and use of technical tools for quality assurance (web and mobile), including the release of new molds and pool models.
• Conduct audits across all departments.
• Manage and control quality-related costs in collaboration with management.
• Lead and promote product quality issue management, facilitate root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote Six Sigma concepts to achieve company objectives.
• Simultaneously participate in multiple projects under strict time constraints, demonstrating autonomy, sound judgment, and strong teamwork.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and provide constructive feedback to responsible parties.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends and methodologies in software testing.
• Work closely with Azoria’s two facilities in Ontario and Quebec to ensure consistency.
