Le ou la chargé·e de projet marketing aidera la directrice marketing avec la planification, la coordination et la mise en œuvre des initiatives marketing à travers l’ensemble des départements et domaines de service. La personne occupant ce rôle s’assure que les campagnes et projets respectent les délais, les paramètres définis et restent cohérents avec la stratégie globale de l’organisation. Le ou la candidat·e idéal·e est très organisé·e, attentif·ve aux détails et capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique et engagé.

JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Project Manager will support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across all departments and service areas. This role ensures campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing project management
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being a team-player.
  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking, attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Bilingual; written & spoken. We require a strong level of French and English communication skills to best serve our clientele.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, marketing & social platforms such as Loomly, basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, e-letter software (Constant Contact, Klaviyo, MailChimp) are an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Experience in not-for-profit sector, and knowledge of Jewish community, an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and department leads to develop, implement, and optimize strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, serving as the liaison between departments and ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, deliverables, and goals.
  • Coordinate content creation for digital channels; drive e-letter and print projects from planning to distribution; ensuring brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and provide regular updates and insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute creative thinking to projects and produce strategic planning documents to guide the overall direction.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by ensuring all departments’ marketing and communication needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Development/Fundraising team to plan and execute donor-focused campaigns, events, community outreach, and communications to increase donor participation and engagement.
