As a Charge Entry Representative Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department employees. This is a remote position. What you’ll do: Oversee daily charge entry operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely claim submission Manage and develop Client Bill Associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback Monitor workloads, work queues, and SLA performance to maintain balance and meet deadlines Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing in accordance with contracts, policies, and quality standards Review and resolve complex or escalated billing issues, ensuring clear client communication Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Implementation, Client Success) to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain strong client relationships through calls, escalations, and consistent service delivery Oversee client portal usage, ensuring team and client proficiency Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics; prepare reports and recommend process improvements Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth billing integration What you’ll bring to Zotec: Management experience in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle setting required High school diploma or equivalent Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization Excellent written communications and organizational skills Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Experience analyzing necessary claim filing components and understanding trends Analytical skills and ability to work in a strategic role with the executive team Ability to manage day to day employee interactions and workflow At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
