This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being. The LVN/RN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures, contributing to effective treatment plans. This role requires compassionate communication with patients and their families, fostering a supportive and informative environment. Ultimately, the LVN/RN helps maintain the smooth operation of healthcare services by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: * Valid and current LVN/RN license in Texas. * Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Proven experience working as an LVN or in a similar nursing role. * Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a healthcare facility similar to the job location, such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities. * Additional certifications such as IV therapy or wound care. * Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
