Description Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Rotation: Every other weekend required We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Summary The RN is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to residents on our skilled nursing unit. This includes assessment, care planning, medication administration, coordination with interdisciplinary team members, and ensuring residents receive safe and effective care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment If you are a dedicated RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, we encourage you to apply today. Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care to residents on the skilled nursing unit, which includes performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role also involves administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and supervising LPNs and CNAs.
