JOB SUMMARY

The Charge Nurse at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for providing safe, quality patient care through the nursing process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary team. The Charge Nurse must also be able to respond to rapidly changing patient needs, handle staffing assignments, and act as a liaison between patients and physicians or case management when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION

  • Associate’s Degree Nursing. RequiredLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
