Position Summary Working as a Charge Nurse in long term care is an opportunity unique from all other health care facilities. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes. Ensure that quality care, customer service, and employee relationships are always top priorities. Supervise and provide career coaching to existing members on staff. Provide direct patient care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.
