  • Senior Nurse with recent cardiology or medical experience

  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Competent computer/documentation skills
  • Hold a relevant Post Graduate qualification
  • Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Cardiology Cath Labs team as a Charge Nurse Manager.
The Charge Nurse Manager is responsible for co-ordinating nursing activity at the ward level, facilitating and promoting excellence in nursing care and working in collaboration with Nursing/Service Leadership and other Team Leaders.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Weekday working hours - no on-call component
  • Responsibility for daily operational management, patient flow, and coordination of nursing resources
