What You’ll be Doing Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you. Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident. Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives! Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems. Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. License/Certification: RN License (Required) LPN / LVN License (Preferred) Work Location: In person Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license or LVN and must maintain license renewal Positive, caring and customer-service oriented attitude Current BLS and ACLS certificate required (Sage will cover the cost for certification) Time management skills and great communication is a MUST Have dependable transportation
Responsibilities
The Charge Nurse will confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents, assist in planning nursing services, and examine residents to identify health issues. Additionally, they will perform administrative duties related to resident care.
