Job Description As a Charge Nurse at Miller’s, you are responsible for the nursing care of the patients on your shift. You follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for your patients and assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record when needed. You supervise the direct resident care personnel on your shift. This nurse will also serve as the facility Wound Nurse overseeing and coordinating the wound care of the facility. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure wound care protocols are followed. Tasks including but are not limited to assessments, documentation, and communication to the medical provider and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Licensed nurse in the state of Indiana. Previous experience in wound care or an interest in wound care Willing to obtain additional training in wound care if recommended. Additional Information EXPOSURE CATEGORY I: Tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Part Time (12p-8p) RN/LPN

Responsibilities
