Description IQVentures is looking for a Charge Off Collections Supervisor to join our team and be part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our team members. Support, Motivate, evaluate, develop, and coach low performers and new hires to continually meet and exceed their individual/team targets. Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing complex calls, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives. Assisting the Management staff in identifying trends, areas of opportunity, and creating plans to meet department KPI’s. Asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach representatives regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees. Taking on tasks or projects to support employees, Management staff, and call center operations. Leading huddles and/or team meetings Location: Carrollton, Texas (In-Office) Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of collections experience in a call center environment Team Lead or management experience preferred. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations. Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution Knowledge of FDCPA, UDAAP, and other regulatory collections rules. Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
