Maintain authority for resource allocation. Assist Nurse Manager and/or supervisor in the management of patient. Supervise the work of RNs, and non-licensed members of the nursing staff. Qualifications Work Experience One year of hospital based acute care experience. License/Registration/Certification BLS and PALS Current RN License to practice in the State of Texas Obtains ARIN certification in practice specialty within 3 years. Please Note: RN PRN candidates, whether internal or external candidates, must have certifications noted in the table below by department at the start of assignment/employment.
