Charge Up Operators – Cowal Project (West Wyalong, NSW) Be part of Redpath’s largest project to date Redpath Australia is proud to have secured the largest project in our history at the Cowal Gold Project, and we are now seeking experienced Charge Up Operators to join the team on a long‑term, stable contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full‑time role on a 5‑year contract with one of the most respected underground mining contractors in the industry. About the Role As a Charge Up Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient charging of underground development headings, working as part of a high‑performing production team on a major project with long‑term certainty. Project & Location Cowal Gold Project – West Wyalong, NSW Redpath’s largest contract awarded to date Long mine life and strong production outlook What’s on Offer Full‑time, permanent role 5‑year contract 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster FIFO options available Camp accommodation provided Meals, transport and site facilities included Secure, long‑term employment with career progression opportunities Milestone bonuses: $3K @ 5 years $10K @ 10 years $15K @ 15 years $20K @ 20 years Key Requirements Current NSW BUEL Shotfirer Licence (essential) Previous underground charge up experience development and Production Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Ability to work autonomously and within a structured crew environment Why Redpath?
