JOB DESCRIPTION

CENCORA is looking for a Chargeback Analyst to join us in our New Site on Heredia, under the general supervision of the Manager/Supervisor of Contracts & Chargebacks Administration, who manages the timely and accurate processing, maintenance, and reconciliation of contract price and membership files.
THIS IS AN HYBRID POSITION - 2 days in the office weekly.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration or accounting that generally can be obtained through the completion of a two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years of related and progressively responsible experience in a fast-paced, volume-driven, and transactional environment; previous research experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information in the contract management system.
  • Performs in-depth analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies the source of the issue and decides on the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of ICS, Distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Reconciles chargebacks by approved guidelines.
  • Maintains frequent contact with distributors and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensures timely and effective communication with Suppliers/Customers/Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) to exchange information about contracts and chargeback resolution and process enhancements;
  • Handles sensitive internal and external customer inquiries related to Contracts and chargeback Administration.
  • Attends and leads meetings and conference calls as needed Supports the implementation of management initiatives and works closely with customers and other functional areas to improve processes.
  • Ability to attend meetings and provide valuable insight into problem resolution, suggesting department improvements professionally.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
