We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chargehand to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Chargehand, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. This position requires a strong leader with excellent technical skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Lead and supervise a team of workers, assigning tasks and coordinating daily activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor work progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with management to plan and organize work schedules and resource allocation
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members as needed
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, address concerns, and promote teamwork
• Perform quality checks on completed work and maintain accurate records
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Train new team members on proper work procedures and safety protocols
