Description
As a Charging System Test Associate, you will support the execution and coordination of validation activities for EV charging systems. You will work closely with Validation and EE Engineers to prepare test environments, execute test plans, monitor test progress, and ensure accurate documentation of test results. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an Electrical & Electronics (EE) background who are interested in building a career in the automotive industry. Coordinate and execute validation activities for EV charging systems according to approved test plans and procedures. Prepare and set up test environments, including vehicles, charging equipment, test benches, and measurement devices. Execute test cases and accurately document test results. Monitor test progress, collect test data, and maintain testing records. Report and track identified issues, working closely with engineers to support issue investigation and resolution. Ensure testing activities are conducted in compliance with safety requirements and project schedules. Assist in maintaining testing equipment and ensuring readiness for validation activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related technical disciplines. Candidates with hands-on experience in Electrical & Electronics (EE), manufacturing, product validation, hardware testing, or embedded systems are highly encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of electrical systems, electronic measurement equipment, or automotive communication protocols (CAN/LIN) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn. Able to work full-time in Hai Phong.
