You will lead the children and young people provision within St Clare through a combination of planning and delivering a variety of groups, workshops, talks and one to one sessions, whilst supervising and having clinical oversight for a number of volunteer led spaces, to afford the greatest choice in meeting the needs of the children and young people that we work with.
We are looking for a qualified counsellor with experience working with children and young people, ideally within a palliative care setting. You will bring empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of the emotional needs of patients, carers, the bereaved, and their families.
