JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator/Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting fundraising initiatives. This position requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The Financial Administrator will utilise software tools to enhance our fundraising efforts and maintain effective public relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a financial administration/Fundraising role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with fundraising principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using fundraising software is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
