Are you ready to step into a meaningful leadership role that combines retail, community, and cause-driven impact? The Bassuah Legacy Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Charity Shop Manager to lead our vibrant shop in Shepherd’s Bush. If you’re passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space while driving results, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead daily operations: Open and close the shop, keep the environment clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Manage and inspire people: Supervise and support volunteers and staff, creating a positive, inclusive space.
  • Drive sales with purpose: Oversee stock processing, displays, pricing, and promotions to maximise revenue for our mission.
  • Stay organised: Keep track of rotas, expenses, supplies and reporting - and always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
  • Support the big picture: Take part in delivering services to members, work closely with the Board, and help shape the future of our shop.
