SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Raiser Edge or similar fundraising software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative and creativity in overcoming challenges.
