SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to commit to the following hours of Training in first 2 weeks.Week 1 Tues-Thurs 10-4pm Friday 9-5pm AEST (No Monday)Week 2 Mon-Friday 9-5pm AESTAfter training period is completed shift flexibility in hours is offered for the right candidate
• Able to confidently speak over the phone and comfortable asking for money
• Self-motivated and driven by achieving targets and KPIs
• Responsible, reliable and driven to succeed
• Resilient with a willingness to learn
• Effective communicator, who can actively listen
• Hungry to learn
• Self-motivated with a great work ethic
• Competent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Fluent in English language

You will be joining a team of dedicated TeleFundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their hearts. We are on the search for sales and KPI driven individuals, who get a buzz out of closing a deal through the art of conversation and effective and ethical objection handling. You will be talking to members of the public using an approved script, your ability to adapt to your audience, and successfully pitch the invaluable importance of regular giving, and donating to the cause, will be the key to success!
