ABOUT THE ROLE
Our charity shops are vital in supporting National Star’s aim to transform the lives of young people with disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic deputy retail manager to join our team based in Brockworth.
Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales.
It also goes without saying that you will be confident in supporting the recruitment, training and management of a team of diverse volunteers.
You will be working 2 days a week (15 hours) on a rolling rota to include some weekends and you will need some flexibility to work varying days according to the staffing needs of the store.
