Description
Overview NATIONWIDE SEARCH: CHARLESTON, SC- A loving, easygoing family is seeking two professional, FULL-TIME ROTA NANNIES to care for their twin girls, who will be about 7 months old at time of hire. The nannies will work a two weeks on / two weeks off rotation, providing consistency, continuity of care, and a sustainable long-term schedule for both caregivers. The hours will be 12-hr days, six days a week. Compensation is $30-35+/hr, DOE ($2,520 per week x 26 weeks = $65,520 annual gross via payroll), negotiable + PTO, etc. The family has been working closely with a wonderful baby nurse, and girls are fully formula-fed and sleep trained. They are excited to welcome two experienced, high-energy, and deeply engaging career nannies with strong twin experience and a solid understanding of early childhood development. While on your shift, this role provides the candidate with a fully furnished private living space located on the third floor of the home, offering complete privacy and comfort, including a private bedroom, private bathroom, and dedicated living area. The mother is currently home and may or may not return to work, while the father works outside the home, so the ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working alongside hands-on parents and in partnership with one another. The position is based in a safe, walkable Charleston neighborhood with easy access to parks, classes, and enriching infant activities. The family is seeking nannies who are warm, positive, proactive, and genuinely love being part of a team; individuals with a true can-do attitude who are happy to jump in wherever needed. A valid driver’s license is required, and the family will provide a car for on-duty use, as well as personal use during off time while in residence. Domestic travel is a possibility, with all expenses covered, and the family frequently spends time at their homes on Kiawah Island and Palmetto Bluff. They also have two friendly golden retrievers, so comfort with dogs is important. Both parents are active and enjoy golf and tennis but describe themselves as relaxed, kind, and deeply devoted to their girls. Strong cooking skills are a welcome bonus, though the family often orders in. This is a truly special opportunity for two nurturing, confident career nannies who excel with twins and are seeking a long-term ROTA role with a wonderful family during these formative early years.
