Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Elementary Setting Inspire Communication. Support Early Success. A supportive elementary school is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join its team on a full-time, school-based basis. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about early intervention and enjoys collaborating with educators and families to help students develop strong communication foundations. In this role, you will work directly with elementary-aged students to strengthen speech and language skills that support learning, peer relationships, and self-confidence. You’ll partner with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers to deliver effective, individualized services and ensure strategies carry over throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities Include: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed. Providing direct speech and language therapy tailored to student needs. Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements. Requirements ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline. Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina.
