Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE At Air Charter Service, no two days are the same! You will be a part of a collaborative sales team arranging group charters for elite clients! From professional sports teams, to music tours, to corporate groups and destination weddings. It's a relationship-driven environment where you will connect with clients daily and deliver exceptional travel experiences! Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers Preparing flight briefs for clients Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters Accurate data entry, logging of flight times Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues Complete flight documents for confirmed charters Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed Qualifications WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills Organized, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize Pro-active and self-starter Creative thinker Enjoys working in a collaborative environment Previous aviation experience is a plus!
