Responsibilities

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS FULL-TIME AT OUR OFFICE IN VITTORIA, ON. THIS IS NOT A HYBRID OR REMOTE POSITION.

At FlyXcite, we strive to provide our clients with peace of mind by taking care of every aspect of their charter flight needs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service from lead generation to post-flight.
This role requires a balance of sales activities and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Assist with flight planning, including itinerary coordination, catering arrangements, and ground transportation
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with partners, including aircraft operators and service providers, ensuring a high level of service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
  • Negotiate terms and contracts
    Charter Sales Account Managers will be provided with training, tools, and opportunities to grow professionally. You will begin in a training, marketing, and administration role to learn all aspects of the industry. This training will help you develop skills to separate you from the competition. As you become more knowledgeable and confident, you will begin to pursue your own clients and successfully manage their needs. You will handle every aspect of your own accounts and act as the lead contact regarding their 24/7/365 aviation and travel needs.
