As a Charter Sales Agent, you will step into a high-performance, client-facing role where you will learn the aviation industry while developing your ability to convert high-value opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This is not a passive role — it’s a commercially driven position where you will take ownership, grow your portfolio, and play a direct role in revenue generation. You will work with clients including: * Global touring artists and music productions * Film and television productions * Mining, resources, and energy companies * State and Federal Government departments * Corporate and ultra-high-net-worth private clients Success in this role comes from your ability to learn quickly, deliver premium service, and consistently win and retain business in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Location: Australia-wide (flexible for the right candidate) Key Responsibilities * Own the full sales cycle — from enquiry through to closing and repeat business * Proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-value charter opportunities * Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and repeat business * Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience that drives retention and referrals * Develop strong, long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted aviation advisor * Prepare tailored, commercially competitive charter proposals * Negotiate pricing and solutions to maximise revenue while delivering client value * Coordinate with operators and suppliers to ensure seamless execution * Manage time-critical requests with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail * Continuously identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand client accounts About You You are a driven, customer-focused sales performer who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.
