Alltown Bus Service
Join our team at our Skokie location. This is an onsite position, working Monday - Friday with the pay $26-$29 depending on experience. The duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our operations department and work closely with finance and payroll. Primarily working with different departments to track time and attendance on a weekly basis making sure employees are paid accurately.
Providing timely and accurate invoices to our customers by planning, directing, and supervising the billing related work activities of all employees at the operations level.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Experience working with Workday is preferred
  • Strong communication (oral and written), and listening skills
  • Ability to successfully work as an individual or as part of a team
