Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist in Kitchener-Waterloo! As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide exceptional customer service while gathering trip details, preparing quotes, confirming bookings, and ensuring all logistics are accurately communicated and executed. You'll also assist with generating reports, tracking charter activity, and collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing teams to promote services and develop innovative solutions for client inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering seamless experiences to clients from initial inquiry to trip completion. Your role: Manage and coordinate all incoming charter requests, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely updates Prepare and submit bids for new charter opportunities, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with company policies Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure resources, drivers, and vehicles are allocated efficiently Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, client communications, and billing information Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to address special requests, schedule changes, and operational issues Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving charter services and customer satisfaction Ensure all charter operations comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies Act as a backup for operational tasks, including assisting with day-of charter coordination and problem resolution Attend industry and community events to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities. Your profile: You deliver outstanding customer service and bring a warm, professional presence to every interaction You're both polished and personable, able to engage with clients and colleagues alike You’re highly organized and able to manage a steady flow of phone inquiries and email correspondence with ease You can provide a clear criminal record check You stay up to date with local events and community happenings across London and the surrounding areas You excel at managing your time and workload, even in high-pressure situations Your communication skills are strong, clear, and professional You have solid computer proficiency, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel You’re confident navigating and engaging on social media platforms An understanding of how a transportation company operates is a strong asset You’re familiar with Kitchener waterloo and surrounding area Your Schedule: Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Hourly Rate: The rate for this position is $21.00 per hour with benefits after 3 months Your Location: This position is located at 599 Wabanaki Drive.
