JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Chartered Legal Executive with a specialism in Immigration Law, you will:

• Provide professional immigration advice and representation to private and corporate clients
• Manage a varied caseload including asylum, visa applications, sponsorship, naturalisation, and appeals
• Draft legal documents, witness statements, cover letters and prepare applications to the Home Office and relevant tribunals
• Attend client meetings, provide consultations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration legislation and case law
• Work closely with the wider legal team and support staff to deliver efficient, compliant legal solutions
• Represent clients before tribunals, where applicable
• Ensure compliance with all SRA or CILEX regulations and maintain proper file management and data protection standards

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, project status, and strategic plans to senior management.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
