This is a freelance, project-based role for an experienced headhunter. The ideal candidate thrives at identifying and approaching professionals who are not actively job-seeking and can leverage their network and outreach skills to generate strong candidate pipelines for our open roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a headhunter specializing in passive candidate outreach
  • Strong professional network within the food distribution industry
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills for cold outreach and relationship-building
  • Ability to collaborate with our internal hiring team, handing off engaged candidates for screening and process management
