In this role, you will be instrumental in the Chassis Module, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation. Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing. Lead the Chassis development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing. Supervise a team of 2-3 senior and engineers responsible for the Engineering department. Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders. Requirements 13+ years' experience in automotive or related industries.
