We are seeking a skilled ChatGPT & AI Specialist to join our team to implement and optimize AI-driven solutions for customer support, content creation, and various business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models, specifically with ChatGPT and other generative AI technologies. You will play a key role in designing AI-driven systems that improve user experience and automate processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design and deploy AI solutions using ChatGPT and other natural language processing models for various applications (e.g., chatbots, customer support, content generation).
Optimize AI Models: Continuously evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and relevance in real-world applications.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems or develop new AI-driven features.
Data Management: Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test models. Ensure data quality and relevance for AI-driven projects.
Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly in NLP and conversational AI, and explore new technologies and tools to enhance product offerings.
User Interaction Design: Collaborate on the design of conversational flows, ensuring AI interactions are natural, engaging, and user-friendly.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and assess AI performance to ensure it meets KPIs and quality standards, addressing issues as they arise.
Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for AI systems, models, and workflows. Provide regular reports on AI project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Training & Support: Offer training to team members and provide ongoing support for AI-based applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience working with large language models, particularly ChatGPT, GPT-3/4, or similar NLP-based AI technologies.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
Experience working with conversational AI, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
Knowledge of machine learning techniques, data processing, and model evaluation.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying AI models at scale.
Experience in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained models like GPT.
Expertise in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), sentiment analysis, or other NLP tasks.
Strong understanding of ethics in AI and responsible AI development.
