CHAT Project Manager This is a temporary position, contingent on grant funding 9/1/2025 – 8/31/2028 Summary Responsible to the Project Director for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ACL-INNU-funded project, Clinics Helping Adults Thrive (CHAT). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, project data, and budgets; coordinating project efforts several colleges and departments; serving as liaison between the project faculty and community practices, funding agency, and other stakeholders: contributing to required project reports; developing promotional and educational materials for the project; assisting with resource development; and performing other related duties as assigned. Primary Functions •             Manages project timelines and deliverables. •             Manages project budget, including purchasing and travel. •             Coordinates between project sites, community stakeholders, and project faculty/staff. •             Manages all project data and assists with data collection. •             Develops project educational and recruitment materials. Secondary Functions •             Assists with completion of reports •             Performs administrative duties, including scheduling and paperwork •             Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Knowledge of rural and community health issues and/or issues affecting older adults. * Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working in academic or health care settings. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to plan and facilitate meetings. * Ability to coordinate complex, multi-component projects. * Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and community partners. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. * Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project needs. * Ability to manage budgets, purchasing, and travel arrangements.   Required Qualifications * Training and/or experience in project management, health-related research, or community-based projects.
