YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• The ability to communicate effectively, adapting your style to individual customer needs across written and verbal communication
• Balancing a quality and efficient service in a fast paced multiskilled environment
• Confidence using IT systems, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• A solution driven mindset, looking to obtain an outcome that satisfies both the employee and business requirements
• Experience working on live chat is desirable but not essential

• Multi-tasking by operating multiple web chats simultaneously without compromising on quality
• Taking accountability for queries raised and endeavour to resolve these at first point of contact. Where these need further time to be resolved, maintaining ownership through to resolution
• Promote a positive customer experience for employees who use the service
• Deliver personal performance standards in line with wider business objectives
• Support and contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of new processes both within Shared Services and the wider business sectors
• Provide support answering our email queries
