EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills.
  • Familiarity with call center operations is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Basic chat handling experience is a plus.
