Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through our online chat platform
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Identify and address customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Utilize our knowledge base and resources to provide efficient and effective support
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated on the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers
  • Ensure all interactions with customers are accurately documented in our systems

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using various chat support platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts, preferred
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Quick learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and new technologies
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
